I did not start MELLS because I wanted to build another service company. I started it because of a question I could not stop asking myself: why do we spend so much on how our homes look, and so little on whether they are actually good for us?

I think about my own family the same way I think about every home we care for, because the standard I would want for them is the only standard I am willing to offer anyone else.
That belief shapes how we work. We do not split your home across five different vendors, each responsible for their own small piece and no one accountable for the whole. MELLS is run by three people who answer for it personally.
Anyone can promise a standard. The hard part is delivering it on the four hundredth visit, in August.
So we run on structure rather than good intentions: fixed schedules, written checklists, a named supervisor.
Every technician is recruited, trained and vetted by us. Nothing here is ever subcontracted.
When something goes wrong, you hear it from us first, with the remedy already in motion.
Excellence is not an event. It is a routine, and protecting that routine is what I am accountable for.
Dubai has no shortage of companies that will clean a home. It has very few that will care for one.
That gap is the whole reason MELLS exists, and it is the only thing we are trying to be best at.
