Anyone can put paint on a wall. Very few leave a room worth looking at.
The difference between a good paint job and a poor one is almost never the paint. It is what happened before the first coat, and whether anyone bothered.
Look closely at a wall that was painted two years ago and started to disappoint. You will usually find the same story. A hairline crack that was painted over instead of raked out and filled. A patch where the surface was not sanded, so the new coat never properly bonded. An edge along the ceiling that is almost straight. A shade that looks slightly different in the corner because someone opened a second tin from a different batch.
None of that is visible on the day. It shows up in month six, and by then the crew is long gone. Preparation is invisible, unglamorous, and where the entire quality of the result is actually decided, which is exactly why it is the first thing a cheap quote removes. When a price seems remarkably low, it is not the paint that got cheaper.

Painting in Dubai is heavily subcontracted, which is why the standard can change between the first room and the last and nobody can quite explain who is responsible. Our painters are our own team, supervised, working to the same specification from the first wall to the final touch up. One point of contact, one standard, and a snagging walk at the end where we fix what you point at without a discussion about whether it counts.

A regular visit maintains what is already clean. A deep clean resets the property, including the areas a routine service is not expected to reach: behind and under appliances, inside cabinets, along tracks and skirting, into upholstery and grout. Different equipment, different products, considerably more time.
Twice a year for most homes, typically before and after summer. Households with children, pets, or anyone with allergies usually benefit from quarterly. Move in, move out and post renovation cleans sit outside that cycle.
Every eighteen to twenty four months for a typical Dubai property, and sooner after any renovation or if anyone in the home has asthma or allergies. Filters and vents need attention far more often, roughly quarterly.
Yes. We use products selected for occupied family homes as the default, and full chemical free steam cleaning is available for households that prefer it. Pest control products are DM approved and applied by licensed technicians, and we always tell you when an area is safe to reoccupy.
