Dubai tenancy agreements almost always require the property to be handed back painted, and the inspection that follows is more detailed than most people expect. Nail holes, wall plugs, scuff lines along hallways, marks behind furniture, patches where mounted units were removed. A quick coat over the top does not pass, because the filling was never done and every repair reads through the fresh paint. On the way in, the same walls are what you will be looking at for the next two years, and the day before your furniture arrives is the only easy time to fix them.
We work to handover standard and around your dates. All fixings removed, holes filled and sanded flush, repairs spot primed, then two full coats so the finish is uniform rather than patchy. If you are moving in, book the empty window between handover and delivery and the whole property gets done in one pass. If you are moving out, we schedule to finish before your inspection, not the day after it.
We look at the actual surfaces, tell you what preparation they need, and quote against a written specification.
