Most apartment repaints happen around the people living in them, in a space with no spare room to retreat to, in a building with rules about working hours, lift access, NOCs and where materials can be stored. Getting the walls right is the straightforward part. Getting it done without dust through the whole flat, without a paint smell in the bedroom at midnight, and without a dispute with building management, is the part that actually determines whether it goes well.
We work room by room so the apartment stays livable, contain dust properly rather than relying on an open window, and use low odour, low VOC paints as standard so the space is usable the same evening. Building approvals, NOCs and access arrangements are handled by us before the crew arrives. Most one and two bedroom apartments are completed in two to three days.
