Interior walls in Dubai take a particular kind of punishment. Hairline settlement cracks in newer buildings, scuff and handprint traffic in hallways, moisture marks near bathrooms and around AC units, and the slow chalking that happens where afternoon sun hits the same wall every day for a decade. Painting over any of it hides the symptom for a season. Correcting it first is the only way the finish holds, and it is the step that separates a wall you stop noticing from one you keep seeing.
We prepare first and paint second. Furniture is moved and covered, floors are protected, surfaces are washed down, cracks are raked out and filled, filler is sanded flush, and repairs are spot primed so they do not flash through the topcoat. Then two full coats of quality emulsion, cut in by hand at every edge, with the batch checked so the colour is consistent across the whole job. Low odour and low VOC paints are our default for occupied homes, particularly bedrooms and children's rooms.
We look at the actual surfaces, tell you what preparation they need, and quote against a written specification.
