Water arrives in Dubai treated and clean. What happens between the mains and your tap is entirely down to the storage tank on your property, and that tank sits in ambient heat, often for days, with sediment settling to the bottom and biofilm developing on the walls. In summer, water in a poorly insulated tank reaches temperatures that suit bacterial growth. This is water your family drinks, cooks with, bathes in, and brushes teeth with. Dubai Municipality requires periodic cleaning of storage tanks for exactly this reason, and it is one of the most consistently ignored requirements in residential property.
We drain, clean and sanitise tanks to DM standard, with trained technicians using approved chemicals and correct confined space procedure. Sediment and biofilm are removed mechanically, walls, base and lid are scrubbed and disinfected, and the tank is flushed and refilled. Inlet, outlet, float valve and lid seal are inspected, because a poorly sealing lid is the single most common route for contamination. You receive a cleaning certificate and, on request, a water quality test.

A deep clean resets the property, including the areas a routine service is not expected to reach: behind and under appliances, inside cabinets, along tracks and skirting, into upholstery and grout.
