Crystal works by refraction, which means its entire visual effect depends on the surface being genuinely clear. A fine film of dust does not read as dirt from the floor, it reads as a light that has gone flat, a fixture that has lost its sparkle for no obvious reason. In a double height villa entrance, that fixture is the first thing every guest sees and the last thing anyone can safely clean.
We clean chandeliers with proper access equipment and a documented process. Fixtures are photographed before dismantling so every piece returns to its exact position. Crystal is cleaned individually with a solution that leaves no residue or streaking, metal frames are polished, and wiring, fittings and bulbs are checked while access is open. High ceilings, stairwell voids and multi tier fixtures are all handled.
