A property between tenants has been cleaned to pass a viewing, which usually means surfaces and smell. What it has not had is anyone going into the cabinet interiors, the appliance seals, the AC vents, the grout, or the corners of a wardrobe that has held someone else's belongings for two years. You will be living inside all of it. On the way out, the same standard is what protects your deposit, because agents and landlords in Dubai inspect exactly the places a fast clean skips.
We run this as a handover clean, not a routine one. Cabinets emptied and cleaned inside, appliance exteriors and seals degreased, bathrooms disinfected including grout lines and drains, walls spot cleaned, floors machine scrubbed. Book it before your furniture arrives and the whole property gets cleaned properly in one uninterrupted pass, which is faster, cheaper and far more thorough than working around boxes.
