What is chandelier cleaning and what does it include?

A dusty chandelier does not look dusty. It just stops throwing light the way it used to.

Crystal works by refraction, which means its entire visual effect depends on the surface being genuinely clear. A fine film of dust does not read as dirt from the floor, it reads as a light that has gone flat, a fixture that has lost its sparkle for no obvious reason. Access and isolation, before anything is touched

Most chandelier damage happens during the access rather than during the cleaning.
