Do you clean acoustic felt wall panels?

Yes, and it is one of the most requested things in d3 because almost nobody has them on a schedule. Colour movement is tested at a concealed edge, then low-moisture extraction so the panel does not sag, delaminate or watermark.

Can you maintain microcement without damaging the seal?

Yes. Microcement is cleaned pH neutral and never with an acidic or alkaline product, which is the usual reason a d3 floor goes patchy within a year. Where the seal has already gone we say so rather than cleaning over it.

How do you handle designer furniture?

The piece is identified and the manufacturer's method followed, including on leather. Aniline and semi-aniline are cleaned at the correct pH and conditioned, and the record is held so the next visit does not experiment.

Can you work around Dubai Design Week?

Yes, and it is written into the scope rather than negotiated in November. Periodic works are scheduled around event weeks and reactive attendance runs through them.
