We use professional dry vapour steam, which carries very little moisture, so surfaces sanitise and dry almost immediately. It is particularly effective in grout lines, tile joints, bathroom sealant, mattress seams and upholstery folds, all the places where a chemical clean reaches the surface but not the depth. Steam can be booked as a full property treatment or applied to specific areas within a standard deep clean.
