What is electrical services and what does it include?
A tripping breaker is not a nuisance. It is a warning that something is being done correctly.
Electrical faults are the one category of home maintenance where cutting cost has consequences that go well beyond inconvenience. An overloaded circuit, an undersized cable behind a wall, a lighting installation wired into a circuit that was never rated for it. None of these announce themselves. They work perfectly, sometimes for years, until they do not. The most common thing we find in Dubai homes is not dramatic failure but accumulated informality, a decade of small additions made by whoever was available, none of them recorded.
Our electrical work is carried out by licensed electricians, tested on completion, and documented. If a fault indicates a wider problem, we say so rather than resetting the breaker and leaving. Installations are correctly rated and properly earthed, distribution board work is labelled, and anything concealed is photographed before it is closed. Where a job requires DEWA involvement or building approvals, we handle that rather than leaving it with you.

Testing is the job, not an extra
An electrical repair that has not been tested is an opinion. Insulation resistance, earth loop impedance and RCD trip times are what prove a circuit is actually safe, and they take minutes. They are also what a certificate is based on, which matters for insurance far more than most people realise.

How is a deep clean different from a regular cleaning visit?
A regular visit maintains what is already clean. A deep clean resets the property, including the areas a routine service is not expected to reach: behind and under appliances, inside cabinets, along tracks and skirting, into upholstery and grout. Different equipment, different products, considerably more time.
How often should a Dubai home be deep cleaned?
Twice a year for most homes, typically before and after summer. Households with children, pets, or anyone with allergies usually benefit from quarterly. Move in, move out and post renovation cleans sit outside that cycle.
How often do AC ducts actually need cleaning?
Every eighteen to twenty four months for a typical Dubai property, and sooner after any renovation or if anyone in the home has asthma or allergies. Filters and vents need attention far more often, roughly quarterly.
