About this service

What is office deep cleaning and what does it include?

Nightly cleaning keeps an office presentable. It was never designed to reset it.

A nightly contract covers bins, surfaces and floors in the time available, which is usually ninety minutes for a whole floor. What it cannot reach is everything that accumulates underneath that routine: the carpet traffic lanes that have gone two shades darker, the fabric on ninety desk chairs, the tops of partitions and cable trays, the inside of a pantry fridge, the grout in the washrooms, the vents nobody has opened since handover. None of it is visible on any given morning. All of it is visible when someone finally looks.

We deep clean offices out of hours, so nothing interrupts a working day. Carpets are hot water extracted rather than surface buffed, chair fabric and soft seating are extracted and left dry enough to use, hard floors are stripped and resealed where the finish has gone, and washrooms are treated as a separate job with their own products and their own cloths. High level dusting covers partition tops, light fittings, ducting and cable containment. We work to a written scope agreed before the visit, and the floor is handed back ready to occupy, not ready to air out.
