A full villa repaint touches every room in the house, which means every room is out of use at some point, and the difference between a well run job and a miserable one is entirely sequencing. Poorly planned, it means dust sheets in the kitchen for a month, a family living in two rooms, and a crew that has spread itself across the whole property so nothing ever quite finishes. Planned properly, the house is repainted in zones, each zone finishes completely before the next begins, and you always have somewhere normal to be.
We survey the property, agree a zone sequence with you, and give you a schedule you can actually plan around. Preparation standards do not change between the guest bedroom and the majlis. Dust is contained with sheeting and negative pressure where needed, floors and joinery are protected, and each zone is cleaned and handed back to you finished rather than left mid job. A single supervisor runs the property from survey to snagging, so there is one person answerable for the whole thing.
We look at the actual surfaces, tell you what preparation they need, and quote against a written specification.
