Emergency Plumbing in Dubai
The first job is to stop the water. Everything else comes after that.
An emergency plumber near you in Dubai, seven days a week. Burst pipes, failed valves, overflowing tanks and ceiling leaks isolated, traced and repaired by directly employed, licensed plumbers.
About this service
What an emergency plumbing call out actually involves
Most of the damage in a domestic flood happens in the twenty minutes before anyone finds the stopcock.
An emergency is defined by what the water is doing, not by how much it costs to fix. A pinhole leak behind a kitchen unit is not an emergency. The same pinhole above a plasterboard ceiling, dripping onto a distribution board, is one.
The first thing our plumber does on arrival is isolate. Not diagnose, not quote, isolate. Once the water has stopped moving, the property stops getting worse and there is time to work out what actually happened.
Then we trace. In a Dubai villa the visible symptom is almost never at the source: water travels along a joist, follows a conduit and emerges three rooms away. We use acoustic and thermal tracing rather than opening walls speculatively, because guessing costs you a bathroom.
Only then do we quote. You get a figure for the permanent repair before we start it, even at eleven at night, and the isolation work stands on its own if you want a second opinion in the morning.

Where a bad decision stays hidden longest
Plumbing, electrical and mechanical work is where an owner is least equipped to judge what they are being told, and where the wrong call stays buried in a wall for years. We show you the fault, explain the options, and quote before we touch it.
- You see the fault before you approve the fix
- Written quote, no parts added afterwards
- One team, so no trade blames another

Diagnosed before anything is replaced
Replacing a part that was not the fault is the most expensive outcome in this trade, and the most common one.
- Cause established before parts are ordered
- Photographs of the fault, shared with you
- Second opinion welcomed, not resisted

One contract instead of six
Most villas are running separate contractors for AC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance, all blaming each other. One team removes that entirely.
- Single point of contact for the property
- One schedule, one invoice, one accountability
- Records kept so history is not lost

Before anything is quoted
We look at the property before we put a number on it
A price list cannot see your marble, your ducts, or the wall the afternoon sun hits. So we come and look. A senior member of the team surveys the property, and you receive a written quotation the same day, itemised, with what is included and what is not.
No obligation. If we are not the right company for the job we will say so, and tell you who is.
- 01The survey
We look at the property, not a price list. Usually the same day you ask.
- 02The written quote
Fixed, itemised, and sent the same day. What is included, and what is not.
- 03The work
A named supervisor and a crew you will see again. Our own equipment and materials.
- 04The walkthrough
We walk the property with you before the team leaves. Anything not right is dealt with then.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an emergency plumber near me in Dubai right now?
We cover ninety communities across Dubai and hold capacity back for live leaks. Call +971 58 656 3001 rather than messaging, tell us the community, and we will tell you honestly how long we will be.
How fast can an emergency plumber reach me?
Typically within the hour across the central Dubai communities, longer to the outer developments at peak traffic. We give you a real time on the call rather than an optimistic one.
What do I do while I am waiting?
Close the mains stopcock or the tank isolation valve. If water is anywhere near a light fitting or a socket, switch that circuit off at the distribution board and do not touch the fitting.
Do you charge a call out fee?
There is an attendance charge for an out of hours emergency, told to you on the phone before we set off, never after. It is credited against the repair if you proceed with us.
Can you find a leak without breaking the wall?
Usually. Acoustic listening and thermal imaging locate most concealed leaks to within a few centimetres, which is the difference between one neat access hole and a rebuilt wall.
Do you work at night and on Fridays?
Yes. Live leaks are attended seven days a week including public holidays. Non urgent plumbing is scheduled into normal hours, which costs you less.
How do I get a quote from MELLS?
Message us on WhatsApp on +971 58 656 3001 or call the same number. A senior member of the team surveys the property and you receive a written itemised quotation the same day.
Which areas of the UAE does MELLS cover?
Ninety communities across Dubai for residential work, and Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah for commercial premises.
Do you bring your own equipment and materials?
Yes. Our teams arrive fully equipped with professional grade machinery, products and materials. Nothing of yours is used.

If water is moving right now, ring rather than message. Tell us the community and what is leaking, and we will tell you honestly how long we will be.
The difference
Why a cheap emergency plumbing job is expensive
The gap is not the price. It is what is actually reached, and whether anyone can show you it was.
The low cost visit
- A number quoted down the phone before anyone has seen the leak
- A single man with a bag, no isolation kit and no leak detection
- The visible symptom patched, the actual source left running
- Walls and ceilings opened speculatively to find the pipe
- A price that moves once the plaster is off
- You are left with an open ceiling and a different trade to find
The MELLS method
- Isolation first, so the property stops getting worse immediately
- Licensed plumbers, directly employed, carrying tracing equipment
- The source found and shown to you before anything is cut
- Acoustic and thermal tracing instead of exploratory demolition
- A written figure for the permanent repair, agreed before we start
- Plaster, paint and tiling closed out by the same company
Worth a look
Signs you need emergency plumbing
No surprises, at any point
How the process works
Call, do not message
For a live leak, ring +971 58 656 3001. WhatsApp is fine for everything else, but a ringing phone gets a plumber moving faster.
Isolate what you can
We will talk you to your stopcock or tank isolation valve while the van is on its way. Two minutes here saves a ceiling.
Attendance and make safe
The plumber isolates the affected section and makes the area safe. Power near water is dealt with before anything else.
Trace the source
Acoustic listening, thermal imaging and pressure testing to find where the water is actually coming from, not where it is showing.
Quote, then repair
You get a figure for the permanent repair before it starts. The make safe stands alone if you want to think about it.
Make good
Plaster, paint and tiling are in house, so the ceiling is closed and finished rather than left open for someone else.
