Marble runs through most of them, often book matched and often imported, and a lot of it has been damaged by well meaning cleaning.
The stock here is mostly custom built mansions, most of them six to twelve bedrooms, on plots that run to half an acre, and that changes what the job actually is.
On a plot this size the failure mode is never effort, it is sequencing. A crew that starts everywhere finishes nowhere, and by day two the first rooms need doing again. We close rooms as we finish them and the supervisor signs each one off before the next is opened.
